Single Graduate Housing

Our single graduate housing units are designed to provide comfort and privacy while fostering a sense of community. These units are typically furnished, including a bed, desk, chair, dresser, blinds, and lighting. Some units also feature a private bathroom, while others share a common bathroom with another unit.

Studio Apartments

Studio apartments offer a more spacious living area, with a separate bedroom and bathroom. These units are perfect for students who desire more privacy and space. They are also fully furnished, including a bed, desk, chair, dresser, blinds, lighting, and a kitchen.

One-Bedroom Apartments

One-bedroom apartments are ideal for couples or single students who prefer a larger living space. These units include a separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, and kitchen. They are also fully furnished, including all of the amenities of the studio apartments plus a sofa and dining table.

Two-Bedroom Apartments

Two-bedroom apartments are designed for families or roommates who need additional space. These units include two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, and kitchen. They are also fully furnished, including all of the amenities of the one-bedroom apartments plus a second bed and dresser.

Townhouses

Townhouses offer the most spacious living space of our graduate housing options. These units are perfect for families or students who need a multi-level home. Townhouses typically include two or three bedrooms, a bathroom on each level, a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a patio or yard. They are also fully furnished, including all of the amenities of the two-bedroom apartments plus a washer and dryer.

How to Apply for Housing

To apply for graduate housing, you must first complete an application through the Graduate School website. Once you have submitted your application, you will be contacted by the Graduate Housing Office with instructions on how to proceed.
